Why a Yoga Blog?
My yoga practice starts with what I put in my mouth for breakfast and ends with how I say goodnight to my children. I've enjoyed many of the health benefits that yoga is known for (stress management, improved flexibility, clarity), and along the way have discovered that everything from my nutrition, parenting, home and work life are all influenced by my daily practice.
